terms of service

  • HALF the payment will be made up front and the rest will be paid after the art's finished.

  • The half payment cannot be refunded once I have started progressing on the piece. Refund is ONLY allowed if I have NOT progressed on the piece by 2 weeks.

  • Product will be delivered digitally.

  • Customer has right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase.

  • Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (e.g. eye colour change)

  • Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.

  • I can cancel and refund any order at any time.

  • Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

  • Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.

  • Accepted payment methods are PAYPAL for overseas and GCASH and PAYMAYA for local (Philippines)

  • I accept payment in USD and PHP
